My Course is Cancelled
Due to a variety of circumstances, we occasionally have to cancel a scheduled program. When this happens, we will attempt to contact you seven (7) days prior to the course start date via email, telephone and/or in writing.
Please make sure we have a current contact number for you. If you will be staying with friends, make sure we have their number. Contact Slipstream Headquarters and let us know of any contact information changes right away.
It is also a good idea for you to call us one week before your course start date to confirm that the program is running. If we cancel a program, you will receive a full refund or a free transfer to another course. If you decide to transfer to another course, your credit is valid for one year. As our registration policy is on a first come-first serve basis, formal registration is based on receipt of your full fees to hold your spot. You need to let us know which program dates you wish to attend to ensure that a spot will be kept open for you.
If your program is sponsored by another agency (i.e. you booked your course with and paid your fee to someone other than Slipstream First Aid), we will not issue any refunds. You must check with the sponsoring agency to see if you are eligible for a refund.
