Cancellation, Transfer, and Refund Policies
ONLINE COURSES SALES POLICY
All sales for Online Courses (WFA 20-hour online, WFA 35-hour online & 50 or 90-hour Expedited Recertifications) are FINAL.
At Slipstream Wilderness First Aid, we understand that sometimes plans change. We want to make sure you’re informed about our cancellation and refund policies to provide you with the best possible experience. Please review the following information carefully and reach out with any questions you may have.
Standard Cancellation/Transfer Policy
Here’s how our standard policy works, based on the timing of your cancellation:

COVID-19 Related Cancellations
If Slipstream cancels your course due to COVID-19 related impacts or restrictions, we offer the following options: 100% transfer, credit, or refund.
If you need to cancel due to direct impacts of COVID-19 (e.g., infection or high-risk exposure), between your tuition deadline date and prior to the course start date, you will receive a course transfer for future use.
Non-COVID-19 Related Cancellations
If you need to cancel your course for reasons unrelated to COVID-19, our standard cancellation and transfer policy will apply.

Please contact Slipstream Headquarters at info@wildernessfirstaid.ca as soon as possible if you’re unable to attend a program you’ve registered for. We’re here to help, and reaching out to us promptly allows us to assist you better.
