I Can’t Make it to My Course

If you are unable to attend a program that you have registered for, please contact Slipstream Headquarters as soon as possible to see what options are available to you.

Please note: All sales are final for Online Courses (WFA20, WFA35 & Expedited WFA) 

If Slipstream cancels your course due to COVID-19 related impacts or restrictions, we will provide 100% transfer, credit or refund.  If you need to cancel due to direct impacts of COVID-19 between your tuition deadline date and prior to the start date of your course, you will receive a course transfer that may be used at a later date. Direct impacts of COVID-19 may include you or an immediate family member becoming infected with COVID-19 or having a high-risk exposure to a COVID-19 positive individual.

If you cancel your course due to non-COVID-19 related reasons, our standard cancellation/transfer policy will apply.
